Russian Czarist Porcelain bowl

 36" in circumference, 9 1/2" high and bearing the mark of the St. Petersburg Czarist Factory, the signiture of the artist "Suleman" and a date of 1903. Eleven snow birds in various natural positions decorate most of the available pallet. Painted in several shades of blues , grays and whites.  A spider crack is visible on the base but does not sound when knocked.
